We ship most small packages that weigh 1lb or less via USPS standard mail or FedEx, and a physical address is required to ensure there are no delays with your shipment.

VIP Petcare Pharmacy makes it easy to track your order. Visit your My VIP Petcare Pharmacy page and look under order history. There you’ll find the tracking number for each order.

Non-prescription orders will be shipped the same day if you order by 2PM EST, Eastern Time. If you order after 2PM EST, your order will be shipped the following business day.

Prescription orders require your vet’s approval before shipment and will ship within 1 business day after we receive approval.

Items that require refrigeration ship Monday through Thursday.

NOTE: We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday, so the “next business day” after Friday is Monday.

Depending on the state where you live, it can take between 5 to 7 days to receive your order.

No, shipping costs are not refundable.

Most orders over $49 ship free. For other orders, we charge a flat rate of $6.95. Refrigerated items do not qualify for free shipping. Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska or US Territories are calculated based on our shipping partners' prices based on weight and shipping distance.

Free shipping does not apply to any order with expedited shipping (2nd Day Air or Overnight Options).

The shipping charge will display during the final page of checkout after you enter your shipping and billing address, so you can review all applicable charges before placing your order.
