If you’re not completely satisfied with your VIP Petcare Pharmacy purchase, we’ll gladly accept eligible returns for an exchange or refund. Prescription drugs and vaccines are excluded from returns.
To qualify for a replacement or refund, items must be unused, unopened, in new condition and returned in their original box and/or packaging within 30 days. Please note that shipping charges for returned items are non-refundable.

Returning Prescription Items
PRESCRIPTION DRUGS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
VIP Petcare Pharmacy does not accept returns of any prescription medication for a refund or exchange. State and Federal regulations prohibit the return of prescription drugs, except when a medication is subject to a recall.
As your Trusted Pet Pharmacy, we follow all pharmacy and state regulations. This policy is in place for your protection and helps ensure that medications dispensed by our pharmacy have remained under the pharmacy’s control.

Returning Vaccines
VACCINES OR COLD ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
VIP Petcare Pharmacy does not accept returns of any vaccines for a refund or exchange.
Missing or Damaged Items
If your order contains missing or damaged items, please notify us within 72 hours of receiving your order so we can correct it.
