How do I change my email preferences?

To change your email preferences, log into your VIP Petcare Pharmacy account. Once there you will be able to update your preferences. Note that transactional emails, such as those we send to inform about the status of your orders, will be sent even if you have opted out of promotional emails.

Why am I not getting VIP Petcare Pharmacy emails?
