Pet Medications and Supplements
Does VIP Petcare Pharmacy sell the same medications as my vet's office?
Yes. We offer the same pet medications at lower prices. Our medications and supplements are sourced directly from manufacturers or authorized distributors, and prescriptions are fulfilled by Allivet, a licensed online pet pharmacy.
What happens with back orders and out of stock items?
Despite the best efforts of the VIP Petcare Pharmacy team, we sometimes run out medications. If for some reason one of the medications or products you purchase is on backorder or out of stock, VIP Petcare Pharmacy will ship the part of your order that we have and communicate with you that the backordered item has been canceled. You can request to be notified via email when the medication is back in stock.
Discontinued Medications
We will let you know if a medication you’ve ordered has been discontinued so you can ask your veterinarian for an appropriate alternative.
How long are the expiration dates?
Expiration dates vary by manufacturer. Our practice is not to sell short-dated products. The rolling inventory method used by VIP Petcare Pharmacy allows you to receive products with extended expiration dates.
