  • *We ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 2 PM ET, on weekends, or on holidays may not ship until the next business day. Items requiring refrigeration ship Monday through Thursday.
  • *Vaccines and temperature-sensitive items do not qualify for free shipping. To help preserve their integrity, these items are shipped using 1–2 day express service with ice packs. Refrigerated items ship Monday through Thursday.
  • *Orders containing prescription medications require veterinarian approval, which may take 1–2 days. Please allow an additional 24 hours for prescription processing after approval.
  • **Your exact shipping rate will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Final rates are based on package weight and your shipping ZIP Code.
  • ***Next Day service applies to business days. Orders must be received by 2 PM ET. Next Day orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday.
  • Inclement Weather and Holiday: Severe weather, including extreme heat, flooding, or cold temperatures, may cause delivery delays or damage to your package.
